Global Containers Accepted to the LBAN Supplier Diversity Advancement Program 2022

Supplier Diversity, the key to U.S. economic growth

“According to Forbes, Supplier Diversity Could Add $280 Billion To The U.S. Economy.”

Our Latino-owned company has the privilege to have been selected to participate in the Supplier Diversity Advancement Program 2022. A highly exclusive and selective program delivered by the Latino Business Action Network (LBAN).

“The 2019 SOLE report found that only 8% of Latino-owned businesses reported securing a corporate or government contract.”

Thus, the program aims to champion participants to better position their businesses to obtain corporate contracts and be the bridge of connection to corporate partners who are seeking to procure from minority-owned businesses (MBEs).

Our mission in the program is to better position Global Containers as a top candidate to supply packaging and logistics solutions to distinguished corporations. With this in mind, we aim to learn and apply the material provided by the LBAN professional consultants and to take advantage of the corporate connections that the program offers.

We will be working on:

  • Marketing & Branding – Exciting changes are on the way!
  • Capabilities Statement Redesign – Focusing on the VALUE, STRENGTHS, & UNIQUENESS we bring to the industry
  • Due Diligence – Avoiding disruption in the supply chain
  • Sales – Increasing our outreach & profits

LBAN corporate partners:

  • AT&T
  • Bank of America
  • CAT Caterpillar
  • Chase
  • Diversified Maintenance
  • Meta
  • Nike
  • P&G
  • MassMutual
  • ThermoFisher Scientific
  • UPS
  • Wells Fargo

We would like to give special thanks and show our appreciation for the constant support to the facilitators of the program, the subject-experts, and the LBAN community.
